Star Wars: The Clone Wars hits the cinemas today, a 3D CGI film set between the continuity of the 2nd and 3rd films that will initiate the run of an animated tv series of the same name.
I'll admit that i'm a fan of the film saga but I think it's time for Lucas to put aside the whole Star Wars universe and perhaps..y'know try doing something NEW for a change.
Anyway the animation's got a cartoonish feel but i dunno whether true Star Wars fans will be pleased or embarrassed by the film, but with the voice talents of Seth Green, Christopher Lee and Samuel L Jackson it can't be too bad, right?.. right?
